Linguistic characteristics of job application letters: 

1. The beginning of the first word, the name of the person, the name of the company and the name of the city are capitalized. 
2. The writing of numbers in the appendix is written using words. 
3. Foreign words are written using Indonesian equivalents. 
4. application letter using formal language. 
5. application letter using effective sentences (subject + predicate) and standard sentences. 
6. The closing section must use clear and firm words.

How to write an application letter?

• Prepare job application files: curriculum vitae, photocopy of diploma, photocopy of ID card, and passport photo. 
• Write an application letter according to the elements of a job application letter by taking into account the language rules.
