Today, we will next our lesson about procedure text. In this part we will leaen deeply about language features of procedure text and type of prcedure text 'How To Use'

Language Features Of Procedure Text

  • Usually Uses Simple Present Tense with the formula (S+V1)
  • imperative form / command form,
  • Using action verbs, for example: make, take, boil, cook,
  • Using temporal conjunctions, for example: First, then, next, after that, last
  • Using conjunctions to sequence activities, for example then, while, etc.
  • Using adverbs (adverbs) to express detailed time, place, accurate ways, for example for five minutes, 2 hours, etc.
  • Using adverbs (adverbs) to express stages or sequences, for example the first, the second, the third, the last, etc.

How to Use PeduliLindungi Application: Scan QR Code



After making sure that the COVID-19 vaccine certificate is listed in the PeduliLindung application, you can now enter public places that require a vaccine certificate without the need to print it out in the form of a card.

At the entrance or check-in counter, a QR code will be provided.  The code can be scanned to carry out the process of checking the COVID-19 vaccine certificate data, here's how: 

1. Open the PeduliLindung application that has been downloaded from Google Play or the Play Store.
2. Make sure you are logged in with the account you previously had.
3. Click the 'scan qr code' menu
4. Point your cellphone camera at the QR code installed in the public place you want to go
5. The application will verify and show the barcode with a certain color.  As for each color has its own meaning, namely:

 - Green: visitors have been fully vaccinated and have a safe status.  Green is allowed to enter public places.

 - Yellow/orange: the visitor has been vaccinated with the first dose.  Visitors are allowed to enter according to the policies of the place manager.
 
- Black: visitors are registered as patients who are confirmed positive for Covid-19 or have a history of close contact with Covid-19 patients.  This criterion is evaluated so as not to carry out activities in increasing the occurrence of cases.  Visitors who have this color status are not allowed to enter public places.
 
- Red: visitors have not been vaccinated against Covid-19 or visitors can also be exposed to or in close contact with Covid-19 patients.  Visitors who have this color status are not allowed to enter public places.
